Nude image of Carla Bruni sold

A nude photograph of France's first lady, Carla Bruni, has been auctioned for a total of $91,000 (£46,098), consisting of a winning bid of $75,000 plus taxes and charges.

Josh Holdeman, Senior Vice President of Photographs for Christie's says "We were trying to imagine what it would go for, so it was a very pleasant surprise."
