WHEN IS PANORAMA ON?

Monday at 8.30pm on BBC One.

The programme is repeated on the BBC News channel on Thursday at 4.30am.

It is repeated again in the Sign Zone in England and Scotland on Thursday night/Friday morning at 12.25am.

Times vary elsewhere so please check the BBC One schedules .

Viewers in the UK can watch Panorama on the BBC's iPlayer. This enables you to download the programme onto your computer for seven days after transmission to watch within 30 days.

CAN I WATCH A PREVIOUS EDITION OF PANORAMA?

Unfortunately viewers outside the UK can no longer view Panorama via the UK website.

HOW DO I CONTACT PANORAMA IN CONFIDENCE?

We invite you to comment on each week's programme through a link on our homepage that will take you to a comments form. This will appear on the website when the programme goes to air at 8.30pm on Monday and will be removed a day or two later.

We only publish a selection of comments reflecting the balance of opinions expressed.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT ABOUT WORKING FOR PANORAMA?

BBC jobs are advertised on the BBC website which also has information on careers and training schemes.

Unfortunately Panorama is unable to offer work experience placements but there is more information on work experience in the wider current affairs department and the BBC on the BBC website.

CAN I GET A DVD OF A PAST PANORAMA PROGRAMME?

There are no DVDs of Panorama for sale via the website but most programmes broadcast in the past 12 months can still be viewed on the site by from within the UK.

If you have taken part in a programme that was broadcast more than 12 months ago, you might be able to request a viewing copy, but you will have to pay transfer costs. Write to BBC Information, Contributor Access Service, PO BOX 1922, Glasgow G2 3WT. Telephone 0870 333 8998 or email contributor.access@bbc.co.uk
