Panorama 1974: Battered babies

In April 1974, in the light of several high-profile cases, Panorama reported on the physical abuse of children. In this clip, Marjorie Turner, the-then chief nursing officer in Ealing, London, spoke to Julian Pettifer about the need to protect children.
