The lead track from Guns N' Roses' long awaited album Chinese Democracy has been given its first airplay.
Radio 1 DJ Sara Cox, who is filling in for Jo Whiley, showcased the song on her morning show.
It will feature on the group's long delayed record, which has been a decade in the making.
The LP is finally set to be released in the US on 23 November ahead of the regular Tuesday release slot in US music store Best Buy.
No release date has yet been set for the UK.
The song, which harks back to the sound of their first single, It's So Easy, is driven by growling guitar lines and Axl Rose's deep throated vocals.
The track sees the singer on typically fiery form with Rose singing: "Even with your iron fist/All they got to rule the nation/ But all we got is precious time."
Another new song Shackler's Revenge recently debuted on the soundtrack of video game Rock Band 2.The film Body of Lies, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe, also uses the track If The World from the forthcoming LP.
The band's last record, their covers collection The Spaghetti Incident?, came out in 1993.
Earlier this year, the band took legal action against blogger Kevin Cogill who leaked some of the album's tracks online.
This week, he pleaded not guilty to breaking copyright laws at a Los Angeles court.
