The Radio 1 DJ breakdance class

"I can't dance..." says Radio 1's Greg James, "...so they've decided to get me to breakdance."

Steady, one of the best dancers in Britain, puts Greg through the basic steps.

This weekend the cream of the crop will compete at the Sony Ericsson UK B-Boy Championships World Final in London.

Steady has the Guinness World Record for the most number of windmills (backspins) in 30 seconds.

Greg on the other hand, has a long way to go...
