The 6 Nations match between England and Wales at Twickenham on 6 February will be the first game in the tournament ever to be screened in 3D.
The match will be shown at 40 cinemas across the UK with fans wearing special polarised glasses to see the action.
England's 6 Nations match against Ireland on 27 February will also be screened live in 3D.
