'Combat Barbie' becomes Miss England

A 22-year-old soldier has been crowned Miss England after the original winner gave up her title.

Lance Corporal Katrina Hodge, from Tunbridge Wells, serves with the British Army and has already spent time in Iraq.

She's been called 'Combat Barbie' and says she hopes to go to Afghanistan when she steps down from her new role in July.

Newsbeat's Jim Taylor caught up with her at Heathrow airport just before she rushed off to catch a flight.

The original winner, Rachel Christie, gave up the title to clear her name after being accused over a fight at a nightclub.
