Shakira went to the RIAA And Feeding America Inauguration Charity Ball. The singer also performed at the Neighbourhood Inaugural Ball on Tuesday evening.

Mariah Carey

Mariah Carey also performed at the star-studded Neighbourhood Inaugural Ball in Washington DC on Tuesday evening. The event was one of 10 held around the capital.

Sheryl Crow

Singer Sheryl Crow was one of the stars who performed at the Midwest Inaugural Ball at the Washington Convention Center.
