Oasis are re-issuing their back catalogue with new artwork

Oasis have announced plans to release their entire back catalogue on vinyl with new artwork.

The Manchester five-piece are to bring out all seven of their albums plus their b-sides collection The Masterplan as part of a special pressing.

The new versions will be available from 13 July and a limited number of box sets will also be released.

Oasis are currently in the middle of their UK tour with Kasabian, Reverend And The Makers and The Enemy.

The band recently performed to over 200,000 people at three homecoming concerts at Heaton Park in Manchester.

The five-piece were almost forced to postpone the opening gig after two major power cuts disrupted the show for more than 30 minutes.

The event was the biggest to be staged at Heaton Park since the Pope's visit in 1982.
