Saturdays, Dizzee for beach gig

The Saturdays covered Depeche Mode's Just Can't Get Enough for Comic Relief

The Saturdays and Dizzee Rascal will play this year's T4 On The Beach event.

The pop band and chart-topping rapper will be joined by dance artist Calvin Harris and US pop act Metro Station on Sunday, 19 July.

2007 Strictly Come Dancing victor Alesha Dixon will also perform at the annual event in Weston-super-Mare.

Dixon previously played the event with Mis-Teeq in 2003. Host Steve Jones promised the T4 team had "surprises up our sleeves" for this year's line-up.

Last year's event saw sets from Duffy, Kelly Rowland, Sugababes and The Ting Tings.
