The singer has previously performed at Download in 2003 and 2007
Marilyn Manson and ZZ Top have been added to the Download festival bill.
The shock rocker and the Texan legends will perform alongside Slipknot and Def Leppard at the summer festival, held on 12-14 June in Donington.
American metalcore group Killswitch Engage have also been added to the bill.
Other bands set to perform at Donington Park include Pendulum, The Prodigy, Limp Bizkit, Trivium, Motley Crue and Whitesnake.
The rock festival, which is now in its seventh year, will see performances from around 100 bands.
Last year's event featured sets from Kiss, Judas Priest and Lostprophets.
Donington Park previously hosted the Monsters Of Rock Festival in the 1980s and 90s.
