My Chemical Romance remix The Cure

The Cure

My Chemical Romance singer Gerard Way and Hollywood star cum 30 Seconds To Mars frontman Jared Leto have remixed The Cure for charity.

The veteran Brit alt rockers have announced plans for an EP of remixes of the first four singles to be taken from their forthcoming untitled album.

All proceeds will go to The International Red Cross.

Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz and Patrick Stump and Sheffield band 65 Days Of Static, who recently supported The Cure on tour are also involved in the Hypnagogic States EP.

The Cure's thirteenth studio album is scheduled for release on 13th October.

Hypnagogic States will be released on the 13 September.
