The Kooks have brought Radio 1's Big Weekend to a close in Maidstone, Kent.
Having played on the second stage in 2006, this year they topped a Sunday bill that included The Enemy, Goldfrapp and rapper Nelly.
Their set included their latest single Always Where I Need To Be, plus hits from their debut album Inside In/Inside Out.
Singer Luke Pritchard ended the set climbing on to the barrier separating the band from the crowd.
Security staff had to hold him as fans tried to pull the frontman into the audience.

19-year-old Kate Middleton from Maidstone was impressed with their set.
She said: "It was amazing, we were in the main stage most of the day and it was just great."
17-year-old Robbie Harlow, also from Maidstone, managed to get one of the 30,000 tickets for the event.
He said: "Best day of my life. The Kooks were fantastic, best band of the day."
Elsewhere at the festival, The Raconteurs topped the bill on the In New Music We Trust stage. Despite losing a large chunk of the audience to The Kooks, singer Jack White was upbeat.
They drew some celebrity fans - members of The Zutons, Black Kids and The Wombats were spotted watching from the side of the stage.

Drum and bass band Pendulum drew one of the biggest crowds on Sunday for their afternoon appearance, with people spilling out of the tent into the main arena.
Earlier in the weekend Madonna played her first ever UK festival date at Radio 1's Big Weekend. She showcased tracks from her number one album Hard Candy.
