In pictures: Children's Champions Awards

Peaches Geldof was among a host of stars at the Children's Champions Awards in London. She braved the plunging temperatures in a short-sleeved see-through dress.

Former Spice Girl Emma Bunton hosted the ceremony, which honours those who work with kids. Shane Ritchie, who used to be in EastEnders, also helped out with presenting duties.

Also at the event was Strictly Come Dancing quarter-finalist and former EastEnders actress Louisa Lytton, sporting a beige mini-dress.

Britain's Got Talent winner George Sampson was uncharacteristically upright for the ceremony, held at Grosvenor House.

This year's I'm A Celebrity contestant and glamour model Lucy Pinder went for a more somber look in tight-fitting black and sparkly clutch.

Dancing on Ice star Melinda Messenger wore pale blue for the bash, which included performances from The Saturdays and Sugababes.

Bianca Gascoigne went for a floor-length aquamarine number for the event. The show's on Sky1 on Sunday 8 March.
