Sienna had a stumble on the carpet in front of the paparazzi but thankfully kept it together.
She said: "I didn't actually fall, it was a stumble and a near fall. But I avoided it - it's typical. But I didn't actually fall over and flash my knickers thank God."
Sienna was in the papers constantly last year, often because of her love life but Sienna says 2008 is shaping up to be a lot better.
'Bad one'
"It's good, it's been busy, we have a fashion show coming up for my label that I have with my sister so lots of getting ready for that," she said.
"But hopefully it'll be better than '08. That seems to have been a bit of a bad one for a lot of people."

She missed out on her own Bafta but Slumdog Millionaire's Freida Pinto was excited about her Elle best actress award.
She said: "It felt amazing because I was just speaking to Mickey Rourke before I got on stage and Sienna Miller just walked off stage and I'm like, 'This is a room filled with beautiful stylish people, what am I doing here?'"
Freida was sat next to Mickey Rourke who kept teasing her she was up way beyond her bedtime.
Mickey himself admitted he hadn't slept since his Bafta win the night before.
'Whole nine yards'
But despite his run of awards success he's not holding out hope for an Oscar win too.
He said: "It's in God's hands. I have nothing to do with it. There's a lot of grey with the whole nine yards so you never know you know."
Courtney Love says she was honoured to win woman of the year and admitted she's moving to the UK soon: "Buckinghamshire is where I want to go. I read Country Life every week."

Joanna Page was keen to keep this award for herself. She said: "Ruth and James get all the awards.
"I'm not going to tell them about this one and I'm going to take it home and keep it on my mantlepiece for as long as possible."
Other guests included X Factor winner Alexandra Burke who has been sworn to secrecy on how her album plans are going: "It's gonna be hot - all I can say is prepare for me to be dancing my little socks off.
"I'm trying my best to write a lot. They are lining up some wonderful people to work with."
Other glamorous guests included Natalie Imbruglia, Jade Jagger, Pixie Geldof and Anna Friel.
David Walliams had a stunning date but when asked who she was by the paparazzi he joked he didn't know her name.
