Taylor Lautner is Jacob Black in Twilight. He's an old childhood friend of Bella's and a member of the Quileute tribe. They are people who turn into werewolves but are not governed by the moon.
Michael Welch plays Mike Newton. Twilight is based on a series of cult books by Stephenie Meyer. The film comes out in the UK on 19 December.
