Basic state pension is shrinking
People being urged to take second pensions
Gap between rich and poor OAPs has widened


Opposes restored link with earnings
But cash boost for poor pensioners
New pension credit for OAPs with modest savings
Boost in pensions for all groups
No tax on savings
Choice of allowances or bigger pension
Younger workers allowed to opt out of state system
Increase basic pension by 5 a week
Extra 5 a week for over 75s, 10 for over 80s
Free long-term care for all
