The Virtual Battlebus rolls into Enfield

The place The people The Commuter blues The sights
1. The place 2. The people
3. The sights 4. The Commuter blues

The BBC News Online Virtual Battlebus has reached its final destination. In another extremely close vote, you decided it should go to Enfield Southgate, the constituency which in 1997 saw off Michael Portillo.

You have been in charge of the Virtual Battlebus - the only vehicle in this election which has been completely controlled by you.

After voting for it and our reporters to visit Dorset and Huntingdon, you chose Enfield Southgate as its third and final stop.

It was a close-run thing with Glasgow Govan, but Enfield Southgate had the slight edge.

So reporters Ryan Dilley and Jonathan Duffy visited the constituency to find out about:

  • the places
  • the people
  • the sights, and
  • the commuter blues

Thanks for all your interest in (and thousands of votes for) the Virtual Battlebus - we'll dust it off again in four or perhaps five years' time.
