Escaped convicts back in custody

Two convicted thieves who escaped from prison by scaling a fence with a homemade ladder are back in custody.

Aaron Clelland, 31, and Terry Lunnon, 29, escaped from HMP Onley, near Rugby, on the border of Warwickshire and Northamptonshire, on 11 September.

On Tuesday, Northamptonshire Police said Clelland, of Leics, and Lunnon, of Berkshire, were back in custody.

Clelland was currently in HMP Leicester while Lunnon was at Bullingdon community prison in Bicester,Oxon.

Clelland was jailed for burglary in October last year and Lunnon for robbery in July last year.
