In video: Sprouts under threat?

It turns out that Brussels sprouts really need a good frost and cold weather to guarantee a decent December crop.

The mild weather could mean a shortage by Christmas though. Mark Smith, who farms at Newby Wiske near Northallerton, explained the problem to Cathy Killick.
