No support for male eating disorders says Wiltshire man

As part of Eating Disorder Week, a young man from Wiltshire has warned that there is not enough support for men with eating disorders.

The 19-year-old developed anorexia after he began working out excessively and refusing to eat.

He believes it is harder for men to admit and accept a disorder normally linked to young woman.
