If you've ever watched BBC Look North or listened to BBC Newcastle and wondered what goes on behind the scenes then this is the opportunity for you. BBC Newcastle are offering you the chance to take a tour of backstage life at the BBC's Pink Palace. You will see the newsroom in action and the presenters preparing for their radio and television shows. You'll get an insight into how things work and find out everything about the BBC in the North East and Cumbria.

The tours, which are free of charge, take place on Tuesdays throughout the day and are open to anyone over the age of 12. The maximum group size is also 12. The number of tours available is limited due to the nature of the building, but we welcome all groups and organisations. So why not get in touch with us to see when we can accommodate you.
