Get involved with BBC Introducing
The Futureheads
The Futureheads supporting Muse for the Teenage Cancer Trust

If you're in an unsigned band or part of a music scene in the north-east of England, then get in touch and tell us.

E-mail wear@bbc.co.uk for the chance to be featured on BBC Wear's new Introducing pages and you might even get your music played on BBC Newcastle.

It doesn't matter how small or unusual your music genre is.

We're looking for the best unsigned artists or bands from Wearside and County Durham, specialising in anything from electro to ska.

Or, if you love going to gigs and there's something happening on the scene you'd like to write about, get in touch.

If you want to get involved, send an e-mail to wear@bbc.co.uk and tell us about your music, a website link where we can hear you and why you'd like to be involved.
