2010 Summer festivals in Beds, Herts and Bucks

Whatever your musical taste you're bound to find something you like this summer across Beds, Herts and Bucks.

On offer are a range of festivals with everything from world music in Hitchin, to rock in Knebworth and non-commercial music in Bedford.

Make sure you're fully prepared, whether it's grabbing your wellies or just knowing when to put the vino on ice.

Check out our run down of this year's festivals within the three counties:

Rhythm Festival, Bedford

Friday 20 August

Billy Bragg

Billy Bragg, The Damned and The Wailers will perform live at the music festival aimed at "people who expect a little bit more."

This friendly, non-commercial three day event is held at Twinwood Arena in Clapham with the option of camping over.

Ticket prices vary starting at £39.

Festinho, Hinwick House Beds

Friday 27 to Sunday 29 August

Festinho 2010 line-up.
Festinho at Hinwick House

A cocktail of eclectic music, a sunny Brazilian feel and shedloads of wonderful nonsense.

Tickets range from £10 to £70 at We Got Tickets

Performers include AGT Rave Cru, Sombrero Soundsystem and a DJ set from Jon Kennedy.

Money raised goes towards the ABC Trust which improves the lives of street children in Brazil.

BBC Introducing... at Dunstable Downs

Saturday 4 September

Join in for a full day of free family fun, with live music starting from mid day until ten o'clock in the evening.

We have a few acts confirmed and the line up is looking fantastic so far with a good blend of Ska, pop and indie rock!
