Harry Blackwood and Brigid Press, Sunday from 11am - 2pm. Harry was born in West Hartlepool: "In the good old days when Hartlepool and West Hartlepool were two separate towns and very different places." Like his co-host Brigid, Harry has also tried out just about everything in the job world, including paper boy, compositor, journalist, newspaper editor, Sunday newspaper columnist and extended schools manager. His favourite part of our area is the road that runs between Chop Gate and the Lord Stones Cafe at the top of Carlton Bank, unless he is on a bike, then it is the cycle path past Hurworth Burn Reservoir.
