Ali Brownlee and the BBC Tees Sport team are inviting you to play footy!

BBC Tees Sport with Ali Brownlee is inviting 5-a-Side teams from Teesside, County Durham and North Yorkshire to enter a special tournament.

It will be held at Goals in Middlesbrough, and will last two hours from 6pm on Tuesday 19 January 2010.

It will also be broadcast live on BBC Tees Sport with Ali Brownlee.

Eight teams will be randomly picked to play, and one will be crowned the BBC Tees Sport with Ali Brownlee 5-a-Side Trophy champions.

Each team will be managed by a celebrity boss, with the likes of David Hodgson, Gary Gill, Kevan Smith and Craig Hignett already lined up to take part.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Closing date for nominations is Monday 7 December 2009.

5-a-Side teams will be selected at random from all entries received by the closing date, and must be aged 16 or over.

Teams must be available to play in the tournament at Goals Middlesbrough on Tuesday 19 January.

Teams who are not selected to play in the BBC Tees Sport 5-a-Side Trophy will be invited to take part in a separate tournament organised by Goals.
