St Therese relics visit Lancaster
St Therese was born in France on January 2, 1873, and went on to become a Carmelite nun.
Her relics, which have travelled to 42 countries, are made up of thigh and foot bones.
Her body was divided into three after her death, and the remainder of it is in France.
BBC Tees' Mike Hill spoke to Sister Mary Elisabeth.
Within the Catholic Church, St Therese inspires pilgrimages, as it's believed her remains have great healing power, and the ability to renew a sense of vocation.
During this tour however, everyone is invited to visit the relics, not just Catholics.
BBC Tees' Mike Hill invited Carmelite nun Sister Mary Elisabeth on to his Sunday programme to discuss the tour.
