1 Competitions are open to all residents of the UK (including the Channel Islands) except BBC employees, their close relatives and anyone connected with the competition or the programme. 2 The Cornflake Conundrum will be run during the Mark Murphy Breakfast Show on BBC Radio Suffolk. Entry to the competition is by calling 01473 212121. Opening and closing times for the competition will be given during the programme. Entries submitted outside these times will not count. Listeners cannot enter if they have been a winner of Mark Murphy's Cornflake Conundrum within the previous 30 days. 3 All entrants must supply their name, location and telephone number. By entering such details, the entrant agrees to the BBC processing their personal data, as required under the Data Protection Act 1998.
4 Winners will be selected at random from all correct entries received by the closing date and time. The BBC's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 5 Minimum age limits may vary depending on the nature of the competition. If you are eligible to enter and if you are under the age of 12 you must obtain permission from your parent/guardian before you enter. 6 The prize will be announced on the programme. It will be as stated. There is no cash alternative and it is not transferable. 7 The BBC's decision as to the winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into. 8 Each winner will be notified by telephone. Their name and area of residence will be announced on the programme. Entrants and winners may be asked to appear on-air at the discretion of the programme producer. 9 Unless otherwise stated only one entry is permitted per entrant. 10 Entrants must agree to take part in any post-competition publicity if requested to do so. 11 The BBC reserves the right to cancel or vary a competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise beyond its control. 12 If a winner is unable to be contacted the BBC reserves the right to either offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future BBC competition. 13 The BBC will only ever use personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission.
