"The quality and range in Suffolk is really strong and we want to give artists the platform they deserve."

Music, gig listings and interviews with Suffolk bands are regular parts of the show, but one of the most exciting aspects is the regular live sessions.

"I particularly look forward to the live element of the show, as many radio sessions tend to be pre-recorded," said Graeme.

Carrying on in the spirit of John Peel, BBC Introducing... is the arm of the BBC dedicated to supporting unsigned, undiscovered and under the radar music - with shows on BBC Radio One, 6Music, 1Xtra and other BBC Local stations.
It has gone from strength to strength since launching in 2007 and now has a presence at most of the major festivals, including Glastonbury, Reading/Leeds, T in the Park, Latitude and you can be part of it.
BBC Suffolk Introducing... is asked for tips for these festivals, Huw Stephens' Radio One show and for Maida Vale sessions, with The Cheek, Essay Like Nephew, Thee Vicars, Rosalita, Lettie and Pixelh8 amongst those to be successful.
By sending us your music we'll do our best to feature it on air and you'll automatically be in consideration for future opportunities with the BBC Introducing... brand.
The show, however, isn't just for those making music.
