Angela Butler from North Staffordshire lost her son, Nathan, four years ago when he was just 16. The family had no idea he had a heart problem.
Every week in the UK, 12 apparently fit and healthy young people aged between 14 and 35 die from undiagnosed heart conditions.
Angela has tirelessly campaigned for young people to get their heart tested and she's raised thousands of pounds to set up local screening clinics.
