Bryn Williams is one of the chefs cooking on stage at the festival
Leading Welsh chefs are to attend the second West Wales Food Festival on Sunday 2 May and Monday 3 May.
The chefs will perform cooking demonstrations and contribute dishes to the menu of a gala dinner.
The festival, to be held at the National Botanic Garden of Wales in Carmarthenshire, will also host a local produce market of more than 50 stalls.
Other events include taster sessions, make-and-bake sessions for children, and a screening of the film Food Inc.
The festival line-up features Bryn Williams, Stephen Terry, Dudley Newbery, Angela Gray and Nerys Howell.
The chefs will showcase locally sourced Carmarthenshire ingredients during their on stage demonstrations.
