The Ebbw Vale-born actor talks to Jamie Owen and Lisa Rogers of BBC Radio Wales about his days in Coronation Street as the series celebrates its 50th birthday.

Hibbard was a member of a radical theatre group who tasted pop stardom in the Flying Pickets before returning to acting.

He played mechanic Doug Murray in Coronation Street over a period of nine months in 1992 to 1993 when he vanished from the soap after stealing and selling Mike Baldwin's car.
