Mabon
Celtic folk rockers Mabon are one of the attractions of Cwlwm Celtaidd

Music

Cwlwm Celtaidd is the annual Celtic festival of Wales offering a wealth of music at Coney Beach Funfair in Porthcawl. The main attractions include Mabon and the Red Hot Chili Pipers. There will also be a craft fair on Salt Lake Green. (Thursday 26 to Sunday 29 March)

Community

Pontypool Museum unveils the Torfaen Gallery, a permanent collection devoted to the area's rural and industrial history. (Daily from February 25)

Arts & Culture

After The Fire is an exhibition at the Blaenavon World Heritage Centre celebrating the area's post-industrial landscape. There will be paintings, photographs, prints and drawings by Louella Gwillim, Susie Bright, Mary Challenger, David Trott, Hannah Lease, Margery Trott, Tony Tribe and Stuart Boydell. (February 7 to April 22)
