Pretty behaviour for pet parrots

Parrot experts Greg Glendell and Wesley Flower - along with their feathered friend Mr Big - offer advice on keeping the birds as pets.

They told Jamie Owen and Louise Elliott of BBC Radio Wales about some of the signs which indicate an unhappy parrot, and how to encourage good behaviour.

Greg is holding a Pet Parrot Care Day at Sebastopol in Pontypool on 7 November.
