Getting set for Flat Holm winter

Matthew Lipton talks about his first six months as warden of Flat Holm, and how he's preparing to spend the winter on the island off the coast of south Wales.

He told Jamie Owen and Louise Elliott of BBC Radio Wales that he's passed his six month probationary period and has been confirmed in post.

Although the summer sailings have ended, Matthew says there'll be plenty of work for a small team of staff and volunteers, including a handful of special events for visitors.
