Arts boss in farewell to Cardiff

Judith Isherwood looks back on her six years as chief executive of the Wales Millennium Centre as she steps down from the post.

She joined the venue as it was being built in 2003, facing the challenges of its opening in 2004 and the struggle to juggle its finances.

Ms Isherwood is returning to her native Australia to become chief executive of the Melbourne Arts Centre.

Rhun ap Iorwerth of BBC Radio Wales joined her for a valedictory tour of the waterfront arts centre and a chance to look back on her experiences in Wales.
