Extreme sport festival comes to Somerset

Normally used for agricultural events, the Bath and West Showground was transformed to host the NAAS Festival, an event which mixes extreme sports and music.

Attended by 12,000 people, American hip-hop band NERD played as did Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe.

The event also saw Europe's largest skate ramp. Called the Goliath, the ramp stood a staggering eight metres tall and was ridden by skate boarders as well as BMX riders.
