Farmers and RSPB disagree over Somerset starling numbers

A war of words has broken out over Somerset's starlings.

The Royal Society for the Protection of Birds has accused farmers of being partly responsible for a dramatic decline in starling numbers.

But local farmers have hit back by saying they are a serious pest which need to be controlled.
