George Paris
George's dream is to play Glastonbury

Where in Somerset are you from?

Shepton Mallet

When did you form?

August 2008

How did you get together?

I began writing my own songs on my guitar at home and decided to start gigging and busking to show people my music

How would you describe your music?

I would have to say I'm solely an acoustic performer with a live performance that has so much enthusiasm and energy, you will be wanting more!

How did the band gets its name?

It was a tough decision but i decided to go with my own name.

Who are your musical influences?

Radiohead, John Butler Trio, Elbow, Bon Iver, Jeff Buckley, Bloc Party, Incubus...

I love all music really and it all influences my song writing in some way I think.

What is your most memorable gig so far?

It would have to probably be playing at Clarks Village at Christmas because there was a really big crowd there, the majority of them I didn't know, although enjoying my songs and making a noise.

Where would you most like to play?

Well I'm sure every local musician's dream is to play at Glastonbury Festival, so it would be a crime if I didn't say that.

But I would personally just play all over the UK; the festivals - play across the world basically. Hopefully one day I will get the chance to do this

Finally, tell us some interesting facts about yourself

I'm a bit of a film fanatic, so if anyone has any good suggestions?
