Do you know a special young person who has done something outstanding which should be recognised? If so, nominate them for the Pride of Somerset Youth Awards. BBC Somerset has teamed up with The Rotary Club of Taunton and the County Gazette for the awards which are now in their third year. Its aim is to celebrate the positive contribution young people make in the community. The closing date for entrants is 18 December 2009. So if you know someone who should be celebrated for their care work, sporting talent or overcoming personal challenges in the face of adversity, then send your nomination through to us here at BBC Somerset.
