Get Active Walks with BBC Oxford

CSV Get Active Walk
Get some exercise and fresh air with your favourite radio presenters

Walking with a group is a great way of meeting people and getting exercise at the same time.

If you haven't already done so why not join us on our next walk. We walk about 5 or 6 miles at a pace to suit everybody and we try to go to a different part of Oxfordshire each month.

The route usually includes footpaths which may be muddy, so boots or sturdy shoes are advisable.

Well behaved dogs are always welcome!

Many charities encourage walking as a way of raising money. So before the start of the walk we are asking for a donation of £1 for a chosen charity. We have raised a considerable amount for both local and national charities.

For details of the next walk use this link which will take you to Phil Mercer's page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Get Active Walk section and we'll keep you up to date from there.

Or you could contact BBC Oxford Action Desk 08459 311 222 or email katie.brown@bbc.co.uk bearing in mind that I'm only in the office on a Tuesday or Wednesday so there may be a delay in replying.

We look forward to seeing you on the next walk.

Best wishes,

CSV Action Desk
