The Wittenham Clumps are a peculiar set of hillocks in South Oxfordshire close to Dorcester-On-Thames.
They are owned by the Northmoor Trust which manages 300 hectares of reserves, farmland and forests.
The Trust uses them to educate people about their environment and their local landscape.
As well as these events they also look after Project Timescape which is a permanent visitors centre that is open to the public for free every Sunday.
Project Timescape houses interactive exhibits and information showing how the environment around the clumps has evolved through the years.
In spring 2009 Helen Statham joined the hordes who were visiting the Trust's working farm to see the lambing taking place. If you think you'd like to get involved in a similar activity then check out their
website.
