Strange Boys

When frontman Ryan Sambol took to the stage and shouted "Let's dance!" before launching into the jangly intro of forthcoming single Night Might it was clear The Bully was in for a party…Texan style!

If you like your rock 'n' roll to be dirty and a lil' rough round the edges, this is your new favourite band…guaranteed.

Such is the buzz around these four young hotshots that Rough Trade head honcho Geoff Travis scurried up the M40 to check out his new boys in action.

However, just like when The Strokes and even White Stripes first hit the City of Dreaming Spires, only around 40 people will ever truly be able to hold up their hand and say "I was there".
