Oxford teacher's Kabul curriculum

An Oxfordshire teacher has designed the curriculum for the first ever National Institute of Music in Afghanistan.

Paul Cheater is going out to Kabul next month to finish off last minute details ahead of the official opening of the new facility in March.

The Afghanistan National Institute of Music is the country's first and only dedicated music college. It will teach 300 students aged 14 to 19. Half will be orphans from the ongoing conflict.
