'To be or not to be' in seconds

Sean Shannon, from Oxford, has a place in the Guinness World Records book for reciting a soliloquy from Hamlet in 23.8 seconds.

Mr Shannon broke his own record at BBC Oxford in 1995 for reciting 'To Be or Not to Be'.

To mark the release of the 2010 edition of the book Mr Shannon returned to BBC Oxford to have another go.
