A Nottingham brewery is producing a beer to celebrate the marriage of Prince William and Kate Middleton on 29 April 2011.

Castle Rock's master brewer Adrian Redgrove said the pale beer will be well balanced with "some hops, some bitterness and sweetness coming through".

The beer, named Kiss Me Kate, will be available at the pump in time for the Royal Wedding on 29 April 2011.

Kylie Pentelow takes a tour of the brewery to see how it will be produced.
