Charity fears new homeless shelter will not open

Mansfield's first permanent night shelter, offering 15 new bedsits for the homeless, is due to open in Spring 2011.

But charity Framework, who will run the £1.5m facility, fears it may not be able to do so because of council cuts.

Jeremy Ball reports on the town's homeless people living in appalling conditions and in fear of being attacked.
