Memorial for Victorian wreck

RNLI crews on Anglesey have gathered to remember those who died in a shipwreck 160 years ago.

In 1859 more than 450 people died when the Royal Charter went down.

A century later in 1959 the Hindlea ran aground, with all hands saved, but only because of the heroism of the Moelfre Lifeboat crew.
