This Saturday the 5th December, Thrapston gets ready for Christmas with the big lights Switch on. There will be carol singing from the children of Thrapston Primary School and the Thrapston Town Band. Father Christmas will be there with his Sleigh, and for adults a free glass of wine and mince pie. The Christmas lights switch on wouldn't be complete without a Christmas dance. Taking place in the Plaza from 8pm with local bands. Tickets cost £6 and are available from Kevin on 01832-735021. A great start to the Christmas Season.

The Christmas family musical is here...HONK! The Ugly Duckling at the Royal & Derngate Theatre. Have you ever had the feeling that you go "Honk!" when everyone else goes "Quack!"? Well, from the moment his egg cracks open, the Ugly Duckling knows there is something different about him. Follow Ugly's adventures in Honk!, a musical comedy adventure from the writers of Mary Poppins. Showing this Saturday 5th Dec, and Sunday 6th Dec at the Royal & Derngate Theatre starting at 5:15pm. Do you believe in Psychic readings? Well a Mind Body Spirit Fair is happening in Mawsley. Including Psychic/Mediumship readings, complementary therapies, and health related products.
