Becky Betts

On Sunday, 8 November, 2009, Becky Betts began her weekly quest for treasure at Hellesdon. The weather was perfect for her to search the county for her bounty.

Clue one:" Search your mind for the leaders, of the band and something bigger. The first part of a plane's trick, picture the one where the wings are red," eventually took Becky to Rackheath.

This week's Treasure Quest was followed by a BBC Norfolk camera man. Some of the footage used will go on show at the Treasure Quest Live event for Children in Need 2009.

At Barn Studios, Becky found clue two - "Maven High is out of this, and a clever one is in the box. There must be muck on the wall, but you're well-served to look behind."

With the help of calls, texts and e-mails from the BBC Radio Norfolk listeners, Becky solved the second clue and made her way to The Fox pub in Hevingham, where she found clue three.

Clue three: "Not quite as broad as Suffolk, this one did not conform. Sounds like you'd taken an Afghan penny, and put it in this hole," led Becky to the pulpit of Oulton Chapel.

After solving the final clue, Becky had just minutes to find the treasure. After driving to Holt and finding the correct location, could she find the treasure in the final seconds?

Becky Betts

NO. After losing signal in the basement of Byfords in Holt, we can only assume time just about got the better of her. Another close edition of Treasure Quest and Becky will try again next week.
